In 2013 Jochen Zimmer finished his doctorate at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in the subject of superconducting nanostructures. Zimmer previously worked in the 3D printing industry (for INDMATEC GmbH, Stratasys GmbH/MakerBot Division) and since 2017 with Nanoscribe GmbH.
